On a discovery tour with the shoutr.System

With the help of interactive maps and the triggering of location-based information via geofencing, we enrich the visit of nature parks and open-air museums. With natural and cultural-historical content as well as interactive media formats, museums want to motivate and support their guests, young and old, in exploring their surroundings.

Trace search in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park

Reading tracks and discovering animals without getting off track – in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park this is now possible with the app “Nuthe-Nieplitz-Tours”!
It enables visitors to navigate through the nature park via an interactive map. Visitors can choose between seven different hikes, which are tailored for families or bird lovers. A viewing tower with a wonderful view of the nature reserve as well as wet meadows and fens with their animal inhabitants await you.

All this is supported with audio content, picture series, videos and text information.

The multimedia guide, in the form of an app, can be downloaded on site via an exhibition WLAN. During the tour, users can use the map and further information offline – even without network coverage on the site.

The app “Nuthe-Nieplitz-Tours” is available in the Google Play Store and App Store.

From house to house in the open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof

Follow the museum mascot “Menne” to his favourite places or gain an insight into traditional craftsmanship – the Black Forest Open-Air Museum Vogtsbauernhof opens its doors after the winter break at the end of March and presents its visitors a digital guide to convey its history.

Here too, guests will find an interactive map that visualizes three different tours of the grounds and through the houses.

Visitors can choose between different exhibition tours and download them at a download station. Afterwards, they navigate offline through the area and find videos on traditional work from the rural Black Forest regions or accompany “Menne” to his favourite hands-on stations and adventure playgrounds.

The event calendar in the app shows the latest events that you should not miss!

The app can be downloaded free of charge from the respective appstores from the end of March.
